RingCentral is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the direct support function to high-profile customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, consulting, or account management, with a strong track record of driving customer adoption and retention. As a critical piece of our land and expand efforts, this role will interface and orchestrate internal efforts with acquisition, implementation, technical support, etc.
Requirements
- Encourage customers to utilize new features
- Provide insight and relay customer feedback
- Evaluate churn and downsell risk
- Recommend programs for customer success
- Conduct quarterly customer success reviews
- Align customers with enablement resources
- Track renewals and identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells
- Analyze customer usage data and key CS indicators
- Proficiency with customer success platforms, AI, automation tools
