Join RingCentral as a Professional Services Contact Center Engineer and play a key role in the planning and development of contact center projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle technical aspects of project implementation, and communicate with customers effectively.
Requirements
- Manage implementation of contact center projects, ensuring tasks are completed on-time and within budget.
- Handle multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously.
- Assess solution specifications in light of customer requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines for project tasks.
- Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process.
- Execute tasks and produce deliverables as outlined in the project plan.
- Provide consultation to customers to ensure the full benefits of proposed solutions are delivered.
- Willing to work a schedule that supports customers in global time zones.
