Job Description
We're Acquire BPO, and we're happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. As a Technical Onboarding Advisor, you'll assist newly signed up customers in configuring basic account and phone system setup.
Requirements
- 2-3 years solid experience in Technical Support
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to assume various roles such as part-technical guide, part-account manager, part-detective, and part-teacher
