Job Description
As a Technical Onboarding Advisor at Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc., you will assist newly signed up customers in configuring basic account and phone system setup. You will receive transferred calls of newly signed up customers from Sales, set expectations, and walk the customer through the Express Set Up, and configure basic user setup. This role requires strong client management skills, technical support experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years solid experience in Technical Support
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in Ortigas or Cubao
