Ripjar is seeking a Product Support Engineer to investigate customer issues, work closely with customers, and develop internal reports to improve support processes. The role requires expertise in Screening software, troubleshooting skills, and experience with SaaS and on-premise software solutions.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Ripjar's Screening software
- Experience with SaaS and on-premise software solutions
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, Bash)
- Experience with Linux Operating System
- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch
- Experience with online support portals (Zendesk) and internal tracking systems (Jira)
- Experience with deployment and configuration management tools (Ansible, Jenkins/Rundeck)
- Ability to work remotely and on an offset schedule
- Proven problem-solving skills and positive attitude toward direct customer communication
