Job Description
Ripjar is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide technical advice and support to customers in the APAC region. The role involves investigating issues, building expertise in the use of Screening software, and working closely with internal teams to improve processes and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Ripjar's Screening software
- Experience with Unix SaaS or on-premise software
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, Bash)
- Experience with Linux Operating System
- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch
- Proven experience in problem solving directly with customers
- Experience with online support portals and internal tracking systems
