Ripjar is looking for a Product Support Engineer to join their team. The role involves providing L1 & L2 support to customers, building expertise in Ripjar's Screening software, and working closely with internal teams to suggest improvements to processes. The ideal candidate will have highly developed troubleshooting skills, experience working with SaaS and on-premise software, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Ripjar's Screening software
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with customers
- Experience working with SaaS and on-premise software solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, Bash, or other languages
- Experience working with the Linux Operating System
- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch
- Proven experience and positive attitude toward problem solving with customers
- Experience with online support portals and internal tracking systems
- Experience with deployment and configuration management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, context-switching environment
