Data Analytics Manager - Payments & Accounting

Rippling is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead the Payments Data & Analytics team in Bangalore, India. The role involves building an analytics team from scratch, designing and maintaining services that process vast amounts of financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and reliable data for financial reporting.

Requirements

• Collaborate across the company with engineering, accounting, financial partnerships and product teams to analyze and account for billions of dollars moving through the Rippling payment platform.
• Build a team of finance-focused data analysts from scratch; define scope, hire, train, and provide team members with mentorship with opportunities for growth
• Build full-cycle analyses using SQL, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools, and develop real-time metrics dashboards to manage key financial and operating levers of the business.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Accounting, Compliance, Treasury, etc.) to understand business requirements and develop scalable solutions for reporting and reconciliation automation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver data and reporting solutions supporting month-end close, regulatory & compliance reporting, and Internal and External Audit reporting.
• Create, maintain, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of reporting databases and dashboards
