Job Description
Rippling is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Compliance Accounting team. The successful candidate will establish and maintain a robust accounting infrastructure to support Rippling's business expansion in PEO business.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and business systems data warehouse infrastructure
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools like Snowflake and Tableau
- Exceptional people management skills with a collaborative work style
