Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 5+ years managing and leading design teams
• Track record of bringing relentless customer focus to high-impact projects
• Strong systems thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
• Proven success hiring, leading, and scaling design teams
