Job Description
Rippling is building a Spend Management Platform that refuses the tradeoff between power and pain. As Product Design Lead for Finance, you'll set the vision for Rippling's Spend platform and drive it from concept to shipped reality. You'll lead design for surfaces like cards, expenses, bill pay, procurement, travel, and reporting, creating experiences that feel effortless for employees and powerful enough for global finance teams.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products from concept to launch, then iterating based on what you learn.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with the ability to produce polished work across edge cases and states, and communicate clear, build-ready specs.
- Relentless customer focus, backed by a habit of digging into real behavior, identifying pain points, and designing solutions that solve meaningful problems.
