Product Lead, Payments

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead to own the expansion and reliability of its payments infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure, and be able to lead complex platform initiatives across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or founding experience
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• General knowledge or understanding of payment rails
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
• Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
