Job Description
Rippling is a software company that provides a platform for HR, IT, and Finance. The Product Lead, Permissions role is responsible for designing and executing the permissions and authorization system for the platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience with a software engineering background and experience owning or building permissions or authorization systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a software engineering background
- Experience owning or building permissions or authorization systems – RBAC, ABAC, fine-grained access controls
- Experience scaling platform building blocks across a large product surface area
- Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
