Rippling is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top talent for our growing GTM organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years full-cycle tech sales recruiting experience
- Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
- A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
