Rippling is seeking a Senior Global Legal Compliance Specialist to support its rapidly expanding Global Payroll product in France. The role will involve translating regulations into clear product logic, supporting engineering during implementation, and ensuring Rippling keeps pace with France's evolving legal landscape.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of French employment law (6+ years of experience)
- Compliance understanding: Ability to interpret legal requirements and translate them into structured, actionable product guidance
- Payroll literacy: Good understanding of French payroll fundamentals, DSN flows and concepts
- Analytical skills: Ability to read, interpret, and synthesize legal texts into concise product requirements
- Collaboration & communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with payroll experts, engineers, and product teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal audiences
