Job Description
Rippling is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the IN/SG Payroll Engineering Team. The team is responsible for managing the complete IN/SG payroll process, including onboarding, tax calculation, payroll calculations, and integration with third-party systems.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Experience building large-scale platforms for web applications
- Experience leading projects that span across multiple teams and require cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in Python and Django
- Familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Strong grasp of CS fundamentals
