The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of Rising Edge Group, developing effective recruiting strategies and practices, and managing the entire recruitment process from advertisement through offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
- Experience in construction, project management and renewable energy industries in the US and Canada would be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.
