Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving product and process quality across our operations. You will ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Rittal’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a QA role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with ERP and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS software) is an asset
