Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales Performance to lead and develop our sales team with clear KPIs, goal targets, and measurable performance routines. You will be responsible for the operational performance of sales and shape how growth, efficiency, and quality are steered at Riverstate.
Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven leadership experience in a KPI-driven sales environment
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- In-depth experience with CRM systems, ideally Vincere, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Understanding of digital lead generation and funnel logic in the interaction between sales and marketing
