HR Assistant

The HR Assistant performs a variety of duties to provide general support for the HR team and employees with human resources-related questions. The role involves verifying computer data entries, maintaining employee files, processing payroll, and other HR duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of Human Resources experience and familiarity with state and federal law
• Knowledge of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) or comparable HRIS
• SHRM Certified Professional (CP) or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
