Job Description
Lead troubleshooting, project scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, inspection, and operations on a U.S. wind site. Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level technicians. Ensure work is performed in accordance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in wind turbine field service
- Vestas platform experience, LOTO, and certifications (V100 & V110)
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
- Strong understanding of wind turbine systems and safety protocols
- Comfortable climbing to and working at heights, confined spaces, and in outdoor environments
- Able to work on call for site coverage
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects
- Willingness to train and mentor other employees
