Job Description
Robbins Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Director, Business Development for a commercial kitchen repair company in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The ideal candidate has established relationships with multi-unit restaurant groups and can drive new business and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven connections within the restaurant or food service ecosystem
- Existing relationships with multi-unit restaurant operators
- Ability to identify and contact 5–10 restaurant groups immediately
- Strong consultative sales approach with credibility among operations leaders
Benefits
- Base salary $80 - $100k + 100% bonus opportunity & commission
