Job Description
Director, Business Development position with a commercial kitchen repair company seeking an experienced professional with established relationships in the restaurant industry to develop new business and build partnerships in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Requirements
- Develop new business with Texas-based sit-down and quick-serve restaurant groups
- Build relationships with facilities directors, construction managers, and regional operators
- Leverage existing industry connections and generate leads through research and outreach
- Identify and pursue opportunities within multi-unit restaurant organizations
- Nurture existing relationships and develop long-term partnerships
- Research restaurant companies and decision-makers online to expand the pipeline
- Drive lead generation and relationship-based sales
- Proven connections within the restaurant or food service ecosystem
- Existing relationships with multi-unit restaurant operators
- Ability to identify and contact 5–10 restaurant groups immediately
- Strong consultative sales approach with credibility among operations leaders
- Self-driven and capable of managing a territory independently
