Regional Manager reports to the President, responsible for the overall success of stores in the Midwest Region, with a focus on setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring business development and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of multi-unit management and leadership experience
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Strong conceptual approach, strategic planning, and implementation skills
- Knowledge of the retail industry's legal rules and guidelines (specific to the region)
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, HR)
- Proven experience managing large budgets and sales goals
- Ability to travel for role-related projects and events (70-80% travel requirement)
- Valid drivers' license and ability to be on the road often is highly preferred
