Regional Manager - Northeast

The Regional Manager reports into the President and will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of multi-unit management and leadership experience
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Strong conceptual approach, strategic planning, and implementation skills
• Knowledge of the retail industry’s legal rules and guidelines (specific to the region)
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, HR)
• Proven experiencing managing large budgets and sales goals
• Ability to travel for role-related projects and events (70-80% travel requirement)
• Ability to cultivate an environment of mutual respect, courtesy, and good manners
• Strong work ethic and ability to exemplify the Company Values
• Ability to commute between stores of responsibility with flexibility
