Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift

Provide on the plant floor support and leadership to the team to meet production goals and customer quality expectations. Utilize multiple software systems to produce production reports and analyze information.

Requirements

• Create a strong team and ensure all team members are trained to perform job tasks safely and correctly
• Effectively train, communicate, coach and develop your team
• Work with scheduling and logistics to ensure achievement of daily production and quality goals
• Ensure team members are accountable to safety, production, quality and policies and procedures
• Improve metrics through identifying opportunities for improvements
• Communicate company news and issues to team members
• Drive efficiency, standards and ensure all processes and procedures are followed
• Lead projects
• Be a safety champion and be accountable that your team is trained and prioritizing safety daily
• Work with team to accomplish goals, accountable for shift performance
