Job Description
Maintenance Repairers at Rochester Metal Products are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing foundry equipment, scheduled for Monday to Thursday twelve-hour shifts. These roles are critical for maintaining production and require skilled individuals. They will be working on a fast paced environment, utilizing both preventive and predictive maintenance.
Requirements
- Ability to operate and use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, or occasionally more.
- Ability to work in high heat environments.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and requirements.
- Basic Knowledge and ability to PLC Troubleshoot.
- Knowledge and understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience using LOTO.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Good judgment and decision making skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to properly wear job required PPE.
