Relationship Banker I Milford East Branch

As a Relationship Banker at Rockland Trust, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers to deliver an energetic banking experience. You will identify financial needs, process transactions, and offer products or services. You will engage customers, answer questions, and provide follow-through to ensure resolution. You will also create innovative customer touch points and generate sales excitement around target events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment
• Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sales orientation with ability to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions
• Ability to work within normal office requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week
• Ability to successfully complete our training program
