Trainer

The Trainer position involves facilitating classroom and hands-on training in operating converting equipment, teaching administrative skills, and evaluating employee skills. The role requires good communication and teaching skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• One year of experience working on the production floor at Rockline
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports
• Good mechanical, math, and problem-solving skills
