Seeking a Senior HR Executive to support the Digital Department as HRBP, overseeing recruitment, training & development, induction, orientation, offboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and industrial relations for ROCKWOOL Malaysia & Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Asia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Malaysia and Indonesia
