Job Description
The Outreach Specialist will conduct street and agency outreach for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who are experiencing homelessness in Denver. They will work closely with local homeless shelter providers, maintain accurate client case files, and provide resources to end homelessness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, social sciences, human services, or related field
- Ability to work independently while meeting work deadlines and program standards
- Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations
- Prior case management and/or homeless outreach experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
