Team Lead
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in Long-Term Services and Supports, current Case Manager with Long Term Care experience, and ability to manage working schedule and hours
START Coordinator- Base Salary + ON-CALL PAY
2+ years experience working with IDD and behavioral health needs, Masters degree in social work or related field
START Clinical Director
Ph.D. or PsyD in psychology, extensive experience in IDD, and cultural humility
Intake Case Manager II
Requires a bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in LTSS, with previous case management experience and a degree in social work or a related field preferred
Non-IDD Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience, valid driver's license, and personal vehicle in good operating condition
Childrens Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in LTSS, including Developmental Disabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
IDD - Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in LTSS, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
