The Team Lead is responsible for supporting Supervisors and Case Managers in the CMA, including quality assurance activities, crises or complex needs situations, and providing floater caseload coverage. This role requires a mentorship approach to training and guiding staff, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure operational excellence.
