Job Description
Join Rocky Mountain Human Services as a START Therapeutic Coach and contribute to an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in creating their future. Implement person-centered therapeutic interventions, conduct observational assessments, and provide consultation and education to families and support systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or other human service-related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs
- Ability to interact effectively with people with IDD and behavioral health needs
- Time management and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed
