Job Description
The Deputy Chief of Sustainability serves as a key member of the executive leadership team at Rocky Mountain Prep, a 12-school charter management organization with 650+ employees. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability through strategic leadership of Finance, Information Technology, and Development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and organizational planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong, scalable systems in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and mission-driven work.
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with IT and/or technology strategy functions.
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with philanthropy/development functions.
