Bilingual Senior Personal Injury Case Manager

Roebuck Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to manage client cases from intake through resolution, with a focus on clear communication and efficient case management. The role involves conducting client interviews, reviewing medical records, and collaborating with attorneys to develop case strategy.

Requirements

• Conduct initial client interviews to gather information on incidents and injuries.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients promptly in both English and Spanish.
• Reviewing and understanding medical records related to clients' injuries.
• Collaborate with Attorneys to develop case strategy, identifying key issues, and preparing legal documents.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and interests.
• Conduct legal research related to personal injury cases and assist attorneys in forming legal strategies.
• Must understand Filevine, Personal Injury Law, and Medicine
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
• Ability to be a self-starter, take initiative, and think critically
