Rokt is a hyper-growth ecommerce leader seeking a Partner Manager, SMB Agency Partnerships to scale its SMB Agency Partnership Program by recruiting and enabling high-quality agencies to drive large Rokt Thanks activations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel partnerships, agency partnerships, or sales within ecommerce / SaaS / martech / adtech (or similar)
- Proven ability to recruit, enable, and grow agency partner ecosystems that drive measurable pipeline and launches
- Strong commercial and consultative skill set: you can explain value clearly, handle objections, and build partner advocacy
- Program-builder mindset: you can turn ambiguous goals into repeatable motions, operating rhythms, and scalable enablement
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced teams and driving outcomes through influence (BD, CS/implementation, Marketing)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly, simplify to scale, and use AI/automation to increase leverage and consistency
