Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of roles and levels, with exposure to team leadership or influence-based leadership
- Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employment practices, and applicable employment laws
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across locations and functions
- Strong organizational, judgment, and project management skills with a practical, results-driven approach
