Asset Manager

Roofstock is seeking an analytical and experienced Asset Manager to join the Asset Management team, leveraging experience to optimize portfolios of investors, providing input on asset management playbook, and developing and tracking budgets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of asset management experience of multifamily or SFR properties
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent relevant experience required
• High degree of comfort with change, technology and ambiguity
