The Merch Ops Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to identify and drive business improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong excel and analytical skills
• Retail merchandising, planning, or reporting skills
• Business acumen - demonstrated understanding of quality standards relative to analysis of data and statistics in a retail environment.
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• 1-2 years' experience in retail
