Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to drive the growth of Rossum's partner ecosystem across Europe, building strong collaborations that create real value for customers and generate meaningful business impact.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, finance technology, or a closely related domain, including established relationships with RSIs and GSIs operating within the finance domain
- Proven ability to own relationships and opportunities from first conversation to revenue impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and geographies
- A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
- Clear, confident communication in English and comfort working with teams across different locations and time zones
- Based in Europe
