Job Description
Silversea is seeking a Lead, Global Sales Business Analytics and Finance to serve as the strategic partner to Global Sales leadership and Silversea Finance. The role owns the rhythm of financial planning and analysis for Global Sales, expands Business Intelligence usage, and synthesizes market and channel performance into insights that drive action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analytics supporting Sales or Marketing.
- Strong Excel skills including modeling, pivots, and dashboards. Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills.
- Power BI power user who can build robust dashboards using existing datasets and define business requirements for data partners.
- Experience with planning and reporting systems such as Oracle and Navision, with working knowledge of multi currency and intercompany transactions.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to connect insights to actions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Self starter who is comfortable gathering information, developing relationships to secure needed information/collaboration, and owning end to end outcomes.
