Requirements
- Experience working in product or propositions teams, digital-first environments or consultancy
- Strong experience of discovery practices, customer insight and problem definition
- Ability to create clear narratives and storytelling
- Experience shaping and implementing proposition or product strategies
- Excellent stakeholder influencing skills
- Commerically minded approach, balancing customer needs with business outcomes
- Understanding of regulated environments (or the ability to learn quickly)
