Job Description
As an ADGE Sr Principal Mech Engineer, you will lead execution of major programs, serve as SME, and oversee technical performance of design teams. You will also perform complex mechanical design, development, and documentation for defense systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Mechanical equipment design and development experience
- Proven engineering team leadership
- Experience with hands-on mechanical design
- Experience conducting RCCA and driving cost reduction initiatives
- Broad expertise in mechanical design, materials, manufacturing processes, CAD, and PDM systems
