Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite in Largo, FL. The onsite Manufacturing Engineer will develop and manage primary and supplemental manufacturing documentation, processes and work instructions using the digital tools and applications utilized at the CMC.
Requirements
- Follow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program / functional supervision to ensure overall program and site targets are met.
- Conduct technical and manufacturing data verifications, hardware verification, and safety/ergonomic assessments and implementations.
- Assist in the development of work cell layouts to optimize product flow and factory floor space utilization.
- Plan for, develop, manage, and document manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
- Employ Lean Manufacturing techniques. Procedures, and instructions.
- Collaborates with parties within and outside of the job function regarding policies, Procedures, and practices.
