This Line 3/4 Cook role in Rubio's restaurant focuses on maintaining fresh and properly heated food products, managing portion control, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. The Cook is accountable for following the C.O.R.E. 10 strategy and communicating effectively with the Team and management.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Language skills in English or Spanish.
