Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for the entire restaurant operation, including guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency, safety, and security. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of restaurant cleanliness, preparation, and service. The Shift Leader will also manage and train Team Members, and collaborate with other restaurant staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interacts with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, high food quality standards.
• Supervises Team Members to appropriate positions.
• Performs production staff duties.
• Inspects food for proper portioning, temperature, and appearance.
• Ensures Team Members follow Company safety policies.
• Completes financial paperwork.
• Assists in completion of operational paperwork.
