Rubrik is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to provide technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat, onsite visits, and other support channels. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, with a strong background in storage or backup verticals, Linux/Unix command line, VMware, backup technologies, networking, and scripting languages. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience. The selected incumbent may be subject to additional background checks.
