Job Description
Construction Project Administrator position at RUSH Construction, Inc. responsible for coordinating administrative aspects of construction projects and maintaining project documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Experience with construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with project management or construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
