Carrier Sales Specialist

Role Overview

As a Specialist, Carrier Procurement at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will cultivate strong core carrier relationships, maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers, and ensure a high-quality freight movement process.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will involve negotiating and securing carriers, scheduling pickup and delivery appointment times, following established procedures and protocols, and accurately maintaining and updating information in the company's operating systems.

We're looking for someone with 1 year of sales or related experience, and it'd be great if you also have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience, 1 year of transportation experience, and 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
