
Job description
The Application Support Engineer II role combines advanced application support with engineering-level troubleshooting across enterprise platforms. Engineers will take lead on complex issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes to improve system stability. This role serves as a key escalation point and minimizes reliance on development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex and sometimes ambiguous incidents across applications and integrations, perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify root causes of system issues, implement configuration changes and light development fixes to resolve issues and improve system performance.
This role requires hands-on development experience, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to work independently on complex issues, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
